Allen, to commence 20 feet from the Northwest corner of Block Four and running Northwest 9 feet, thence North 83 feet more or less, thence Southeast 58 feet, thence Northeast 600 feet to the place of beginning; All the above described land being located in the Village of Stonefort, State of Illinois. (The land described above, is sometimes described as being Assessment Lot Number 17 in the South side of the Northeast Fourth of the Southeast Fourth of said Section 25 above described.)
