Lots Nos 8a and 9A fronting 50 feet each on the southern margin of Juless Street as shown on Map showing Change in Lots for Giles E and Doris S Milton dated February 21, 1981, prepared by HS Peirce, surveyor, recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the City of Danville, Virginia, in Map Book 16, at page 49; and BEING IN FACT the same property conveyed to Giles E Milton and Doris S Milton from John J Neal Jr et al, by deed dated October 6, 1980, recorded in the aforesaid Clerk's office in Deed Book 636, at page 158, to which map and deed reference is here made for a more particular description of the property herein conveyed. Giles E Milton died February 23, 1989, thereby vesting Doris S Milton with fee simple title by provision of the survivorship clause in the aforesaid deed. Doris Stephens Milton, the same person as Doris S Milton, died testate October 21, 2015, with her last will and testament having been duly probated and recorded in the aforesaid Clerk's Office as part of Court File 150000276 by which she devised the herein conveyed property to the trustee of the testemantary trust established therein. John E. Stephens qualified as Trustee of the Trust created under the will of Doris Stephens Milton, deceased, on May 9 2017 as part of Court File No. 17000145. John E. Stephens, trustee of the Testamentary Trusted created under the will of Doris Stephens Milton, deceased, conveyed said property to Carysfort Reef LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company by Deed of Bargain and Sale made march 4, 2019 and recorded March 8, 2019 as Instrument No. 19-962 in the records of the City of Danville, Virginia.
