A tract or parcel of land located in the 11th Civil District of Carroll County, Tennessee, and shown on the Map of the Tax Assessor of Carroll County, Tennessee, as Map 72, Group -, Parcel 101.02, and more particularly described as follows: Lying south of Huntingdon to Buena Vista public black top road; thence runs south 1 degree east 381 feet to an original inner corner; thence continue south with the original east line boundary 1488.5 feet to the northeast corner of the lands of Moore; thence runs west with said Moore 132 feet to a corner; thence runs northward 1617 feet to the southwest corner of the Ezra Butler lot at a ditch; thence runs with ditch easterly 111 feet to the southeast corner of Butler’s lot; thence northward with Butler 170 feet to Buena Vista Road., thence with road eastward 160 feet to the beginning corner; containing by calculation 8.7 acres, be the same more or less. Walters departed this life on February 26,. 2014, testate, and his Will is duly record in the office of the Probate Court Clerk, Chancery Court, Probate Division, in Carroll County, Huntingdon, Tennessee under File No. 2017-PW-43 on March 23, 2017. Rosann J. Walters, wife of Charles H. Walters, under paragraph “THIRD” of said Last Will & Testament became the owner of said property. Rosann J. Walters was formerly known as Rosann J. Autry.
