Well over half an acre in a rural farm town

RUD (Rural Development District): This district is intended to protect and preserve areas of the county which are presently rural in character and use. This district is to serve to discourage rapid growth while allowing growth through orderly use and timely transition of rural areas. Permitted uses (some of which may require site plan approval) within the RUD zoning district include: animal hospitals and veterinarian clinics; keeping or raising of animals (including equestrian stables, tracks, and fields, and kennels); campgrounds; churches; schools; community centers; family day care and nursing homes; general farming facilities; greenhouses; outdoor recreation facilities; and dwellings of no more than one per approved platted lot to include manufactured homes, modular homes, and single family detached homes.

All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land lying, being and situate on the East side of Highway 215, in the County of Fairfield, State of South Carolina, containing nine tents of an acre, more or less, according to a survey and the plat thereof, made by John W McLure, Jr on October 31, 1947, and being bounded on the North by Odell B Boulware; on the east by John Willie Taylor and George Taylor; on the south by George Taylor and on the West by Highway 215. This being the same property conveyed to Fairfield County Forfeited Land Commission by deed of Lorine Watkins, Fairfield County Tax Collector, dated November 18, 2021, and recorded November 19, 2021, in the Office of the Clerk of Court for Fairfield County in Deed Book 1498, page 289.
