AC (Agricultural Conservation): The intent of this district is to protect and preserve areas of the county which are presently rural or agricultural in character and use, and are uniquely suited to agricultural use. Where urban development is permitted within the district, strict quality standards should be required. Permitted uses include: Uses associated with Agriculture, forestry & fishing, Single-Family Dwellings and Manufactured/Mobile homes.

All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land with the improvements thereon, if any, situate, lying and being in the County of Sumter, State of South Carolina, being shown and delineated as Lot No. 53 of Whispering Meadows Subdivision on that certain plat prepared by Robert G. Mathis RLS, dated May 2, 1994, and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Sumter County in Plat Book PB 95 at pages 3, 4 and 5. This said lot has such metes, boundaries, courses and distances as are shown on said plat, which are incorporated herein in accordance with the provisions of Section 30-5-250 of the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976. This being the same property known as 3835 Delaware Drive, Dalzell, SC.
