Miko, designated as Lot No. 1278 South seventy degrees forty-three minutes fifty-four seconds East (S. 70 deg. 43' 54" E) for a distance of one hundred fifty-one and sixty-nine hundredths feet (151.69') to an iron pin; thence along the West line of other land now or late of the Schuylkill county Commissioners designated as Lot No. 1264, and along the West line of land now or late of James P. and Loretta Moyer, designated as Lot No. 1263, South thirteen degrees twenty-nine minutes nine seconds West (S. 13 deg 29' 09" W) for a distance of eighty and forty-one hundredths feet (80.41') to an iron pin; thence along the North line of land now or late of Robert G. and Bonnie K.
