All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land located in St. Johns Township, Hertford County, North Carolina, on the South side of North Carolina Highway 561 and BEGINNING at a stake, near a driveway, a corner for this property , that of said highway and other lands of the said Edna Earl Edwards and Joseph A Early; and running thence along said Edwards and Early line in a Northerly direction 240 feet to a stake; thence continuing along said Edwards and Early line in a Easterly direction 95 feet to a stake, a corner for the lands of Clarence C Holloman; thence along said Holloman line in a Southerly direction 200 feet to a stake on the aforesaid North Carolina Highway 561; thence along said highway in a westerly direction 95 feet to a stake, the point and place of beginning. This is the same parcel conveyed to Al Revelle Wiggins by Auphilus Wiggins and wife, Mary Wiggins in the deed dated June 18,1992 and recorded in Book 483, page 172 of the Hertford Public County Registry. The Hetford County Tax Department identification number for the subject tract is 5993-85-6234; and is further described as the lands conveyed by deed dated Oct 13,2003 from Stephanie B Irvin, Commissioner, to Hertford County, recorded at Book 624, page 60, Hertford County Registry.
