And being A PART ONLY of all that land conveyed unto the Trustees of Rehobeth Baptist Church by Steven B. Coons dated September 4, 2015 and recorded among the aforesaid Land Records in Liber 0910 folio 234 (being Item Five thereof). AND ALSO PARCEL TWO: All that lot or parcel of land situate in the Fairmount Election District, Somerset County, Maryland on the south side of and adjacent to Maryland State Route 361 leading from Manokin to Fairmount and fronting approximately 200 feet on the south side of said highway, bouded on the east by the lands now or formerly of Kenneth and Beatrice Fontaine (deed reference BLB No. 158 Folio 293) and bounded on the west by the center of a ditch on the east side of an easement or right of way for the benefit of the reserved lands now or formerly of Herschel Joynes and Yvonne V. Joynes, his wife, as laid down and described on a plat by Edward H. Richardson Associates Inc. dated December 18, 1969 and recorded among the Land Records of Somerset County in Liber ITP No. 255, folio 271; and in part by the reserved lands of the said Joynes, and bounded on the south by other land of Kenneth and Beatrice Fontaine (deed reference ITP No. 243 Folio 506), the land herein described and conveyed containing 1.6 acres more or less and being entirely surrounded by line ditches, and being the same land conveyed unto Steven B.
