RE (Residential Estate): Uses permitted in an RE district: One-family dwellings, including private garages, guest cottages, accessory buildings and uses, and home occupations; Crop and tree farming, grazing, non-commercial nurseries and greenhouses for the propagation of plants, but not including the raising of rabbits, dogs, fowl, or other animals for commercial purposes, or the sale of any products at retail on the premises; Private stables, provided such stable shall not be closer than twenty-five feet to any street or property line; one animal (horses, cattle, sheep, goats or pigs), maximum per one acre; Publicly-owned parks and playgrounds and public schools and buildings when placed in conformance with the general plan. Yard requirements in an RE district shall be as follows: Front yard, fifty feet from the centerline of roadway or twenty feet from the property line, whichever is greater; Side yards, six feet; Rear yard, twenty feet. Building requirements: Building height limit, two and one-half stories, but not to exceed thirty-five feet; Maximum building coverage, forty percent of lot area.

Lot 26 of Ponderosa Sky Ranch Subdivision, as the same is shown on the Map entitled: Ponderosa Sky Ranch Subdivision Portion of N 1/2 of N 1/2 of Section 29 T 29 N R 2 E M.D.B. & M."", filed in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Tehama, State of California, August 13, 1958 in Book L of Maps at pages 34, 35 and 36. Together with any riparian water rights in and to Paynes Creek which are appurtenant to the foregoing parcel of land. Reserving unto Grantor, his heirs or assigns, an easement and right of way for pipe lines over the hereinabove described property with the condition that at the time said easement is located the exact location will be determined by agreement between grantor and grantee.
