This deed is made and accepted upon the Covenants and Conditions set forth in the Declaration of Restrictions, recorded as Document #1751 in Volume 194, Page 140 through 148 of the Official Records in the Office of the Modoc County Recorder, all of which are incorporated herein by reference to said declaration with the same effect as though fully set forth herein.
