Almost two acres outside the quaint town of Lake Los Angeles

While the name of the city indicates that there would be a lake, that is not the case here but it is still a beautiful and quaint town with plenty of history. It has been used for the filming of numerous movies, most of which have been westerns, starting back as early as 1938. During the 1960’s developers purchased large plots of land and built a lake to try to bring people in but being that it is in a desert part of southern California the lake didn’t last long and they had to walk away from the planned communities they had envisioned.
