40 acres | Forest / Conservation Zoning

Nestled between Lassen Volcanic National Park and the Nevada border, this 40-acre property on Morgan Road is private and spacious. In addition to the secluded locale, the property is located near Eagle Lake, Honey Lake, and Pyramid Lake, and it’s just a 2-hour drive to Reno. The town of Susanville is about 45 minutes away. Utility access will need to be verified with the county, but there are power lines on the road which is a good indication that electricity hook up is available.
